Do I need an account to book?
You can search without one. To book we ask your name, address and e-mail, so the pro knows where to go and you can follow your appointment.
What does Servizgo cost me as a customer?
Nothing. You only pay the pro for the work. For customers Servizgo is free.
Do I have to pay in advance?
Only if the pro asks for a deposit. You see that before you confirm. Payment runs through Stripe and goes straight to the pro.
Can I move or cancel?
Yes, from your account. Each pro sets how many hours in advance that is free of charge.
Does the pro come to me, or do I go to them?
Both exist. Each service says whether it happens at your place or at the pro’s premises.
Which regions does Servizgo cover?
We started in Antwerp and are growing through Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Germany. Whether someone serves your address shows immediately when you search.
What if nobody is free at my moment?
Then request a quote. You describe the job once and pros nearby reply with a price.
